What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Orders can not be returned.
We can however offer an exchange if the apparel product doesn't fit.
What if my package was damaged by postal service?
Any package damaged by postal service will not be refunded or reshipped. For domestic claims (U.S. Residents), you can file a claim with the USPS. For domestic claims you must contact your local service provider.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Orders placed outside the United States are accepted however,
we do not ship to APO/FPO and Italy.
Packages are shipped USPS unless other arrangements are made.
Do you ship every day that you get an order - or maybe just once or twice per week? How long will it take to receive my order?
- Packages are shipped out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Once shipped domestic orders take anywhere from 2-10 business days.
- International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
- All prints are shipped in tube, which allows protection and removing artwork.
- As of 3/3/16 all packages are shipped with tracking information.
- Due to packaging constraints, apparel can not be ship in the same
package as prints/posters.
- Apparel will ship in separate packaging.
